Design Build: One point of contact from conception to closeout. No information is lost in transition between sales, estimating or construction. There is no one to pass the buck with our one point of contact system. 

Construction Management: Responsible for overseeing each phase of construction and resolving any discrepancies in the original design and actual implementation. Accountable for cost of project.
